Description:
The cake showcase bottom is made of stainless steel or wood, the surface is specially processed to have reflection effect like mirror with bottom lighting to enhance the visible brightness, the glass is equipped with heating film instead of conventional heating coil without affecting visual effect. This cake display cabinet has double evaporators equipped with newly developed temperature / humidity control system extend cake storage life longer than usual. The back drawer-style gliding door designed like Jewellery cabinet, looks more elegant and generous, perfect for display and operation with great convenience. It is very suitable for food display in star hotels.
