Product Description:
This type of electric spray provers is a new type of prover.Multiple baking trays can be put on one baking cart and the cart be pushed into the prover. The same baking cart can be used in the RCO series ovens. Controlled by the low tension electrical switches and touch panel,the machine is easy to operate and works safely and reliably. They are ideal and must-have equipment for hotels ,restaurants,cake factories and bread shops.
